Converting Peugeot 206 Into Micro Camper Part4 (Front Compartment)

Building the front compartment (dog seat - storage box & Ice fridge box).

And we proceed to the construction of the front part of this micro camper modification.

It consists of two parts which are joined together for easy removal from the car. 

From the moment we wanted to have JOY with us she had to have her own seat for her own safety while driving.

So I decided to make a construction that would be both a seat for the dog and a storage space for personal care items.

The lid of the storage box is raised with hinges for access.

While the back of the seat folds so that it does not bother our bed.

The Ice Fridge Box:

The second part of this section was the ice box.

For the specific point where I wanted the Ice fridge to fit, I was looking for specific dimensions, mainly up to 35cm in height, since its position would be permanent and under the bed.

So I found the ideal Ice box in Adventure Junkies.  A 28 liter with lid opened from above and dimensions:

Width: 40cm, Length: 32cm, Height: 35cm.

The box was made to protect the Ice fridge so that it keeps cooling as long as possible.

And to the right of the box, since there was space, I made a small cupboard for small things.

In the last photo you can see the woods of the bed in the storage position.  

But for the bed I will mention in the next post.
